Craig
von Buseck is Ministries Director for CBN.com. His
passion is to share the truth of the Gospel through the mass media. He holds a
Master's Degree in Religious Journalism from Regent University in Virginia Beach,
Virginia, and a bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Edinboro University
in Pennsylvania. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Regent University.
Craig's ChurchWatch Blog on CBN.com follows major news and trends affecting the Body of Christ. He also writes a weekly column every Wednesday on CBN.com of biblical teaching or cultural commentary.

For
more than two decades Craig von Buseck has dedicated his life to the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. He is an ordained minister
with Bearers
of Light Ministries of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Craig is a member of Light
of Life Christian Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also on the Apostolic Council and Senior Leadership Team at Light of Life.
He is a graduate of CLASS (Christian Leaders, Authors, and Speakers Services),
and is now a member of the CLASS Seminar faculty. Craig has been a featured speaker at several Christian writers conferences, including the Glorieta Christian Writer's Conference, the Write-to-Publish Conference at Wheaton College, the Philadelphia Christian Writers Conference, the Florida Christian Writers Conference, the Colorado Christian Writers Conference, and the Sandy Cove Christian Writers Conference. He has also served on the faculty of the Jerry Jenkins "Writing for the Soul" Christian Writers Conference.
Craig
recently completed his first narrative biography, The
Lamplighter, the story of the great American musical pioneer, Harry T.
Burleigh. He is currently working on two teaching books, Receiving
from God: The Peter, Paul, and Mary Principle and NetCasters: Using the Internet to Make Fishers of Men. To learn more about these

Craig has worked as a writer and
communication consultant for various companies and organizations, providing content,
direct marketing resources, video production, and multi-media presentations. Along
with CBN, he has worked with Charisma Magazine, Nicky Cruz Ministries,
the Christian Coalition, and the Regent University Students in Free Enterprise team (SIFE).
In 2005 he was named the SIFE Most Supportive Business Advisory Board Member award by the Students in Free Enterprise national headquarters.
Craig is also an adjunct professor at Regent University, teaching graduate-level
communication courses in School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
He serves on the board of directors
of Insight Multi-Media, a nonprofit organization providing media products for
religious organizations. In addition to two touring musical groups, this company
has produced several musical recordings and the popular video, The Window,
in conjunction with Director Dan Rutledge.
Before joining the staff of
CBN.com Craig served as an associate pastor in a local church, and as the principal
of a Christian school in Pennsylvania. He is a published songwriter, having traveled
for several years with the Christian musical group Insight. During that time he
ministered to thousands of young people in various concert settings. He
has extensive public speaking and ministry experience, and travels often to minister
in churches, speak at professional events, and teach communication and writing
techniques.
